I, Officer Terrance Taylor has been a proud member of the Chester Police Department since 2017 serving the City of Chester faithfully.  Being a police officer in this city I have witnessed first hand the violence, the trauma, and the lasting effects violence leaves behind.  This is the very reason why I wanted to be a part of the Chester Community Coalition. The work, efforts, and service they continue to provide to the City of Chester help combat the lasting effects that violence tends to leave.
