Director of Development

Pam oversees fundraising efforts for the Chester Community Coalition. She has over thirty years of leadership experience in non-profit management, with particular emphasis on programming, strategic planning, fundraising, and community outreach.

Before joining the Coalition, she held leadership roles in the arts and community development sectors, most recently serving as Managing Director of the Camden Repertory Theater, and prior to that, as Director of Programs at the Philadelphia Association of CDCs. She has served on the Boards of the Camden Empowerment Zone, Asian Arts Initiative, and The National Alliance of Community and Economic Development Associations. She currently serves as a Core Member of the arts and community development cooperative Philadelphia Assembly and sits on the Board of Camden Repertory Theater.

Both her undergraduate (Psychology) and graduate (Nonprofit Management) degrees are from LaSalle University.
