Rebecca is a community and social change leader with years of non-profit leadership experience. Rebecca is passionate about social justice and has worked at prominent organizations such as United Way of Greater Philadelphia and Southern New Jersey, the national office of Big Brothers Big Sisters of America, Family Service Foundation and Better Tomorrows to alleviate inequality.

Along with her work at Chester Community Coalition, Rebecca is also a consultant at MissionUp. Rebecca was the inaugural CEO of Better Tomorrows where she was responsible for providing the strategic leadership that launched this national non-profit organization for the largest affordable housing owner/developer in the country.

She is active civically; her past and present community service includes Girls Inc of Philadelphia and Southern New Jersey, YMCA of Burlington County Development Committee, YW3CA, Global Citizen, A.D.E.P.T Services and Compass Pro Bono.
