Meet the Team

Dave Grady, CPA, MPA, is the Finance Director for East Whiteland Township and previously worked in township management for Nether Providence Township for almost 10 years. He also serves as Treasurer for West Chester Communities That Care and is an adjunct instructor at Villanova University, where he teaches Public Finance in the Master of Public Administration program. Dave’s professional background includes municipal finance, budgeting, administration, and community engagement. He is committed to strengthening communities through collaboration, transparency, and public service, and is honored to support the mission of Chester Community Coalition.
