In conjunction with the celebration, Chester Community Coalition is launching the Founders Fund: An Unrestricted source of funds to support client needs that fall outside of restricted grant funding while also providing a source of stabilization for the future.  We hope you will consider honoring Sister Jean and Fran by supporting the Fund.
