Meet the Team

Mike Bonesteel has worked in the commercial insurance industry for over 20 years, currently co-leading Garnet Captive Services out of Media, PA. Mike is a non-practicing actuary, having earned the Associate designation from the Society of Actuaries in 2014. Originally a New York native, Mike's first Delaware County experience came from attending Swarthmore College where he earned a Special Major in Education and Mathematics. He liked the area so much that he ultimately settled down in Wallingford with his wife and three children. Mike stays active in the community through coaching youth soccer and basketball, and supporting various local non-profits.

I volunteered to serve on this board because I believe communities have an obligation to rally around individuals and families in times of need. I'm honored to have the opportunity to support the fantastic team at CCC and the critical work they are doing.
