Meet the Team

Tracie M. Burns is an accomplished attorney with over 30 years of experience in the Court of Common Pleas of Delaware County and surrounding areas.   A Philadelphia native, Tracie graduated from the Franklin Learning Center Magnet High School, Indiana University of Pennsylvania and The Dickinson School of Law in Carlisle, Pennsylvania in 1994.     

Tracie practiced at the Law Office of Clinton L. Johnson before establishing The Law Office of Tracie M. Burns in 2005. Her practice areas are criminal defense, family law, and civil litigation.  In addition to her legal practice, Tracie is dedicated to community service. She actively participates in and volunteers with Chester Biddy League, various re-entry programs and was recently appointed to the Board of Chester Community Coalition.
