I have been serving as a police officer in the City of Chester since January 2007.  During my tenure as a law enforcement officer, I have observed the effects that violent crime leaves on a community and how it continues to progress and degrade the quality of life for all within that community.  Being a part of the Chester Community Coalition helps me further serve the community by helping the victims of violent crimes and their families in ways I am unable to as a law enforcement officer.
