Chardae Davis is the owner and lead consultant of Top Business Solutions LLC. Her professional journey has helped her develop a focus on community resource support, strategic planning, and entrepreneurship. Ms. Davis is a graduate of Cheyney University of Pennsylvania 2010 and Widener University 2016  with a Bachelor of Science and Master of Public Administration respectively. She possesses over 14 years of administration, curriculum development, outreach, and program implementation experience. Ms. Davis also has spent the last 16 years within underserved communities working with non-profit organizations and business startups from program conception to evaluation phase. Her most important role is being mom to a very special son, Meyer.
