Counsel to The Sisters of St. Francis of Philadelphia

I joined this board in large part because I cannot think of anything more emotionally traumatic than a child suddenly losing a parent or a parent suddenly losing a child. I want to help heal that pain or more importantly prevent that pain.

Neil is a lifelong resident of Delaware County. He currently resides in Media, PA with Peggy, his wife of 37 years. He attended high school at Malvern Prep and is a proud graduate of the Villanova University class of 1974.

He received his law degree (JD) from the Widener University School of Law in 1985. He is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and before the US District Court for the 3rd Circuit and the U.S. Court of Appeals since 1985.
